Dispatch times

• Express Delivery: Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

   

• Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched to meet our estimated 2–5 business day delivery window.

  You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details where available.

  • Channel Islands

Important delivery information

Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and FedEx. The carrier and service used will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Delays & issues

While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruption or peak trading periods. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our direct control, but our team will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.
