  • Same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day

All orders are shipped with full tracking using trusted delivery partners.

Please note:

  • Express Delivery is available for UK mainland addresses only

  • Standard Delivery is available to:

    • Northern Ireland

    • Channel Islands

    • Scottish Highlands and Islands

    • Isle of Man

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Important delivery information

  • Delivery times are calculated from the day of dispatch, not the day of order

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Delays & issues

While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruption, or peak trading periods. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control, but our team will always assist in resolving any delivery issues.
