"First of all I don't do water sports or any extreme sports whatsoever so I bought your 30 litre backpack for one reason, I have had to dry out at least one ipod charger due to water getting into my none waterproof back pack.  

I got fed up with getting things wet and even though I am only walking to work for about 45 minutes, rain is still wet.  Anyways I recently got caught in a shower and quite frankly your product does what it says on the tin, brilliant.  Also feels very comfortable to wear.  Please pass on my thanks to whoever designed the product it is well worth the investment."

I don't normally write this kind of thing but I wanted to thank you for such an outstanding service following my order of a 30 Ltr backpack, which arrived the day after I ordered it from your website (I was expecting 2 to 7 days)! Also, the product is a lot better quality than I was expecting for the price. I wasn't expecting it to be bad but was surprised at how good it it is in terms of thoughtful design and quality of construction. I own about four other back packs for various other tasks and spend a lot of time outside up in the hills and out and about on boats etc. I bought yours principally to use on my motorbike where it is about half the price of similar products and is certainly equal to or better constructed. Perhaps this is a new market you should consider selling in to. 

I suspect I will be using the Overboard back pack for a lot of the things I do with the other sacks I own, so well done - outstanding product and fantastic service.
